Registration

Registration deadline is midnight Friday, May 4.

If you are not a voting member of your congregation or a rostered leader of the church, please note these categories for registration:

Observer - May speak to the assembly but may not vote. Observers may be rostered leaders who are On Leave From Call or who are on the roster of another synod, or may be Interns serving congregations in this synod. Retired rostered leaders who do not want to vote may also register as Observers.
Visitor - May attend the assembly but may not speak or vote.
Guest - Will not register for the assembly but must check in with the Registrar and/or Usher prior to entering the assembly hall. Guests are those who attend the assembly for a specific purpose (recognition for rostered leaders, for example) and for a brief duration.
Volunteer - Have no vote and may not speak to the assembly. Volunteers will be registered by their committee chair or by their organization. Display falls in this category.
