The NWWA Synod supports the health and wellness of ministry leaders. Leaders in the synod have reported exhaustion, physical decline, depletion of resources, less joy, inability to filter non-constructive feedback, lack of confidence, and dwindling creativity. Due to these reports, the Synod has partnered with Living Well, a holistic wellness coaching organization.
