We will be at B lack Diamond Camp with a theme of “Faith: The Final Frontier.” The cos t is $175 per person if you register during early registration. \nRetreat Overview\nTheme: Faith: The Final Frontier - We will explore stories tha t invite us to think about our faith journeys through things unknown. We w ill also wonder about how God is showing up for us in today’s world. Wh ere will you find God during the retreat?\nRegistration - $175 per person if registration is complete by October 7th. Then $225 per person beginning October 8th. We recognize that this cost may be more than some can pay. W e encourage you to subsidize the price from your congregation if you are a ble. We ask that leaders make sure thei r youth understand these rules and work to keep all participants in line w ith these rules and guidelines. \n\n\nRegistration is now open for the ret reat!\nWho is Invited? The retreat is open for middle and high school you th in grades 6-12. All registrations must be made with a congregational yo uth group. The adult chaperone(s) must be 21+ and we ask\, again\, that co ngregations limit adult chaperones to your congregation’s minimum policy . Adult chaperones may not bring their own children under the designated a ge for this event.\n\n\nProgram Cost \nThe cost is $175 per person if regi stration is complete by October 7th. $225 per person beginning October 8th . This cost covers food (4 total meals on Saturday and Sunday morning)\, l odging\, programming\, and a retreat t-shirt. (Congregations are responsib le for their own transportation and transportation costs.)\n\n\nRegistrati on Policies\n\n100% payment is due by check within 2 weeks of your registr ation to reserve your spots.\nThere is no charge to change names on a regi stration.\nEarly Registration ends on Wednesday\, October 7th. All registr ation closes on October 21\, 2025.\nEach congregation/participant will be required to complete a waiver from Black Diamond Camp. Each room has its own shower and bathroom with additional ba throoms located in the building. Each congregation will be given housing a ssignments. Depending on the size of your group\, your group may be sharin g a room with one or more congregations. Adults will share rooms in the sa me way as youth. When you come to Black Diamond Camp\, you must bring any and all forms required by your church regarding health insurance\, li ability\, permissions\, etc. The forms provided by the Synod Fall Youth Re treat qualify. \n\nThe Covenant of Conduct forms the group’s “contract ” for the event.
