Note that the text of the responses to memorials that were considered en bloc appear in Appendix A. Those memorials that were pulled from en bloc but not considered by the assembly and that will be referred to the Church Council appear in Appendix B.

Note also that the amended Constitutions, Bylaws, and Continuing Resolutions of the ELCA, Constitution for Synods, and Model Constitution for Congregations will be posted right around Labor Day.
