A LiVE Project Day Retreat in collaboration with the NWWA Synod Evangelical Outreach Team
Oct 3, 9am-3pm; location TBD
Before we can talk about how we are called to show up in the world, we must first remember that God is already showing up in our lives. Our stories matter. The particularity of our days are not separate from faith but often the places where God is at work. This retreat invites us to slow down, to listen attentively, and to share our stories in the company of others. As we share our stories, we honor the experiences that have shaped us and create space to recognize God. Our lived experiences are the place for deeper awareness, greater compassion, and connection. To show up as a whole human being in the world is to engage our stories with curiosity and courage, trusting that God is continually present and moving within them.
